1 lb box lasagna noodles
4 Tbs of extra virgin oil
4 Tbs of extra virgin oil
1 lb of elk burger
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/2 of wine wine ( optional)
(2) 24 oz jars of your choice of marinara sauce
(1) 15 oz container of fresh ricotta cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese diced or shredded
1/2 pamigiao Reggiano cheese grated. ( Safe 1 Tbs for top )

Step 1
Boil the lasagna noodles according to package directions.
Step 2
Cook meat add together add 3-1/2 cups of sauce bring to a boil reduce.
Step 3
In the bottom of 9x9 glass pan pour 1 cup of sauce and then put the first layer of cooked noodles (4 to 5).
Step 4
Put 1 cup of meat sauce on top evenly spread then top with 1/2 ricotta cheese and 2 Tbs of parmigiana cheese repeat this for 3 or more layers, your choice
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let lasagna rest for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
